Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) is a sport that is accessible to everyone and can be both relaxing and exhilarating, depending on how you choose to use it. Standing on a paddleboard and paddling works out your entire body without feeling overly fatigued. It is suitable for people of all ages, and with the right board, it is very easy to learn. With just a few hours of instruction from one of our instructors, you will be able to enjoy independent SUP adventures on the water.
